Atmolix provides weather forecasts and atmospheric telemetry for personal, non-commercial use only. Automated scraping, data mining, bot traffic, or server overload attacks are strictly prohibited.

Enforcement: Any unauthorized scraping, aggressive API querying, or attempt to disrupt service availability will result in an immediate and automated IP address block without prior notice.

3. Aviation & Operational Disclaimer

Operational Warning: METAR, TAF, and aviation telemetry provided by Atmolix are strictly for informational and visual purposes. They must NEVER be used for real-time operational flight planning, navigation, safety-of-life decisions, or official aviation operations.

4. Weather Data Disclaimer

All meteorological information is provided "as is" for general reference. Weather models are inherently probabilistic; Atmolix does not guarantee 100% accuracy, safety alerts, or continuous availability.

5. Intellectual Property

All software code, graphic elements, UI designs, icons, and brand assets belonging to Atmolix are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be copied without consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Atmolix shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages, property loss, or decisions made based on weather forecasts or service interruptions provided on this site.
