When you create and use an account, Atmolix processes information necessary to provide and secure the service, including:
- Account information: Your username, email address, and authentication-related information.
- Device and security information: Technical information associated with your device and account sessions, which may include device name or type, browser, operating system, IP address, login timestamps, and session identifiers. This information helps protect accounts, detect suspicious activity, and prevent unauthorized access.
- Email verification and password recovery: We use Resend to deliver email verification messages, password reset instructions, and one-time verification codes where applicable. Resend may process your email address, message content, and relevant delivery metadata to provide this service.
- Saved preferences: Your favorite cities, preferred measurement units, language, theme, and other account settings supported by Atmolix.
- Support communications: Messages sent to an administrator through the internal support chat may be stored to respond to requests, maintain conversation history, resolve issues, and protect the service.
We process this information to operate and maintain your account, provide requested features, deliver essential account communications, maintain security, and offer support. Depending on the circumstances, processing is based on contractual necessity, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests, or consent where required by law.
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Depending on the circumstances, data may be processed by service providers such as Resend or disclosed to competent authorities where required or authorized by applicable law.
2. Acceptable Use and Restrictions
By creating an account or using Atmolix, you agree to use the service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
Automated Data Collection and Scraping Prohibited: You may not scrape, crawl, harvest, extract, collect, or systematically retrieve data or content from the Atmolix website, its pages, services, or underlying infrastructure using bots, scripts, crawlers, automated tools, or other methods without prior written authorization from Atmolix.
Unauthorized API Access Prohibited: You may not access, query, extract, copy, download, redistribute, or systematically collect data through Atmolix APIs, internal endpoints, or other programmatic interfaces unless such access has been explicitly authorized by Atmolix. The fact that an endpoint is publicly accessible does not, by itself, constitute permission to use it for automated data collection or bulk extraction.
Circumvention Prohibited: You may not bypass or attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication mechanisms, access controls, technical restrictions, or other measures intended to protect Atmolix, its infrastructure, or its data.
Redistribution and Commercial Exploitation: Unless expressly permitted by Atmolix in writing or allowed by applicable law, you may not reproduce, republish, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit data or content obtained from the service, including through automated collection.
Service Interference: You may not engage in activities that place unreasonable demands on the service, disrupt its operation, compromise its security, or negatively affect availability for other users.
These restrictions do not prohibit activities expressly authorized by Atmolix, uses permitted under a separate written agreement, or activities that cannot lawfully be restricted under applicable law.
Atmolix reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and, where appropriate and legally permitted, restrict access, suspend or terminate accounts, block automated requests, and take further action available under applicable law.
3. Agreement and Acknowledgment
By selecting the checkboxes and proceeding with account registration, you confirm that you have read and agree to the applicable Terms of Use and acknowledge the information provided in our Privacy Policy.
